What is Involved?
Join Totten Training Systems for a year long or 6 month on-line Coaching Mentorship program. Participants will take part in weekly educational modules specifically designed for individuals interested in entering the professional field of Sports Performance Coaching OR in their first few years of coaching development.
Who is this program geared towards?
This program is specifically designed for incoming and newer coaches interested in, or working in, the fields of Weightlifting or Strength & Conditioning and Sports Performance in the College and High School Settings.
How Long Is the Program
This is a year long cohort-style program. Each month, participants will take part in a combination of self-paced modules, small group mentoring, and monthly live cohort calls.
What is the time commitment?
Students can expect to spend 2-3 hours a week on focused content or mentoring and may spend additional time reading and viewing self-paced supplementary materials.

How will i be paired with a mentor?
All participants will take part in a monthly full cohort chat & mentor session with Leo Totten. Students will also be paired with a specific TTS mentor. Prior to the start of the program, TTS will collect information from each participant relating to their background, interests, professional goals and availability to select the best fit for their ongoing weekly mentor.
What exactly are the small group mentor sessions?
During weeks 1-3 each month, participants will meet for a live session with their assigned mentor and several other participants. Each session will vary based on interests and needs of the small group. During this 1 hour session mentors will provide an opportunity to review content from the week, discuss ways the material applies to participants current working environments, and answer any questions that may come up.
