About the event

“Learn by Doing” - 8 hours of hands-on learning the clean, snatch and jerk safely and efficiently!!

We all know how valuable the Olympic lifts are for your “toolbox” of skills.  In this practical, “hands on” course, you will learn the step by step technique and assistance exercises to make these lifts an integral part of your program.

Fixing flaws in technique

Dealing with Flexibility issues holding you back

Dealing with Strength issues holding you back

Coaches Eye video analysis

No written test, but a “technique” contest at the end for evaluation

Each participant receives access to 55 minute video review of the course

The transfer/cancellation policy is similar to USAW.   One option is to transfer the credit for no charge to the next course available to you (for any additional transfers after that, there is a $250 charge).   Another option is to cancel altogether for a $150 cancellation fee per course.
