BOLC (Basic Olympic Lifting Certification

“Learn By Doing” - the Clean, Snatch and Jerk.   We all know how valuable the Olympic lifts are for your “toolbox” of skills.  In this practical, “hands on” course, you will learn the step by step technique and assistance exercises to make these lifts an integral part of your program.

AOLC (ADVANCED Olympic Lifting Certification

Take your coaching to the next level with a full weekend of practical application, discussion and lecture on Advanced topics in Weightlifting.

  • Pre-requisites: (one or more) CSCS, SCC, USAW Level 1, Exercise Science Degree program with instructor approval, competitive athlete or coach with instructor approval
