2024 Athlete Programming

TTS Programming Package Includes:

  • Over 50 years of experience coaching weightlifters and other athletes in the strength and conditioning world
  • Programming Customized for the athlete’s individual needs this is NOT “generic” programming
    • Determining the strengths and weaknesses of the athlete and basing the training on those needs.
    • Long term plan in mind, but programs sent in monthly mesocycles to adapt to any changing needs.
    • Adjustments to the plan as needed for optimal performance.
  • Weekly video analysis to optimize technique
  • Coaching support at local and national competitions
  • Constant communication as needed via text and/or email


Plans are paid on a 4 week program cycle, some training cycles may be 3 and some 4 based on your compeition needs. After first payment you will be automatically charged based on plan you selected.

    6 Months of Individual Weightlifting Programming
    Valid for 6 months
  • Athlete Programming - 12 Months

    Every month
    12 Months of Individual Weightlifting Programming
    Valid for 12 months
