He will be Coaching at House of Weightlifting on January 24th from 5:30pm-7:30pm, the evening before the USAW Level 1 Coaching Course. This will be a HEAVY training session with instant video review on a few of your lifts. These training sessions are not only very informative, but the environment is great for hitting new PR's!
