1962 Isometric Rack ad: Isometrics was a big deal back in the day as the “new” way of training. This rack sold by York Barbell was the hottest way of getting big and strong. So, of course, I had to get one. Couldn’t afford one, so I actually built a homemade version in woodshop in junior high!
