At the NSCA National Conference a few weeks ago, I sat in on the “hands on” lecture by Anna Swisher on teaching the Snatch. Always trying to pick up new methods of teaching or new cues or just simply continuing to learn. I really enjoyed her delivery and picked up a few tips. One of the quotes she posted on her power point made a lot of sense. Sometimes we try so hard to expect perfect conditions and to immediately get things just right that we get frustrated when we don’t get that immediate gratification.
