I am in the process of reading, “Coach K: The Rise and Reign of Mike Krzyzewski”. Excellent account of Coach K’s ascent into becoming one of the best college basketball coaches of all time. (always trying to learn about coaching from a variety of resources, not just weightlifting!!)
Mike’s mom was quite the matriarch throughout his life and one her quotes really stuck with me:
The bus you drive, make sure it is the right one. And make sure you only let good people on it. If you get on someone else’s bus, make sure it’s with someone who is good.
Pretty good advice!!
