With the advent of so much social media in today's world, there seems to be an influx of so many more "experts" out there. There is a lot of really good information on the internet, but there is also more and more questionable information. Beware of the weightlifting/fitness guru who uses that platform to promote themselves and their strategies for getting bigger, stronger, more powerful or more fit. The question is, for the information they are putting out there, is it based on their own opinion of what works or is it based on the facts. Is what they say backed by research and the test of time? Consider all the "facts" before making the leap of faith.
