I have always said that one of the main reasons for any of the success I have managed over my career is that I try to hang out with quality people, in other words, no jerks! I try to avoid negative people who tend to drag others down with them. Even Warren Buffett, a billionaire who has a lot of success over his stellar career, seems to live by the same philosophy.
